Подготовка материалов для планирования средств на оплату труда в составе бизнес-плана и бюджета доходов и расходов производственного отделения. Контроль и анализ расходования средств на фонд оплаты труда, составление отчетов о фактическом использовании средств на оплату труда. Расчет ФОТ в составе бюджета движения денежных средств, контроль и анализ исполнения. Оформление документов на оплату труда и материальное стимулирование персонала., контроль начисления доплат, надбавок и других выплат из фонда заработной платы. Подготовка проекта приказа по ежемесячному премированию работников. Подготовка проекта приказа по начислению и выплате компенсации за сверхурочно отработанное время на суммированном учете рабочего времени. Поддержание в актуальном состоянии базы данных по штатному расписанию и штатной расстановке в 1С. Подготовка отчетов по штатной, списочной и среднесписочной численности, сведений о заполнении штата (укомплектованности) и сведений о вакантных должностях. Согласование графиков работы персонала на суммированном учете рабочего времени. Подготовка аналитической информации по оплате труда и численности по запросам. Консультации персонала в части вопросов по оплате труда, соблюдения норм трудового законодательства в рамках своих компетенций. Подготовка ответов на запросы руководителей, в государственные органы, профессиональные союзы и другие представительные органы.

Высшее образование (экономическое). Опыт работы: не менее 3 лет, желательно в крупной компании. Практические навыки: формирование отчетности, аналитики и сбора данных, ведение штатного расписания в 1С, подготовка приказов. Навыки работы с ПК: уверенное владение 1С:ЗУП, MS Word и MS Excel (продвинутый пользователь, формулы, сводные таблицы, ВПР и иные функции). Личностные качества: ответственность, аккуратность, внимательность, грамотность.
