Предварительный сбор данных о потребностях, ценах на товары, работы, услуги. Подготовка закупочной документации. Обработка результатов закупки и заключение контрактов. Составление планов и обоснование закупок. Осуществление процедур закупок. Проверка соблюдений условий контракта. Проверка качества предоставленных товаров, работ, услуг. устанавливает на серверы и рабочие станции операционные системы и необходимое для работы программное обеспечение; - осуществляет конфигурацию программного обеспечения на серверах и рабочих станциях; - поддерживает в работоспособном состоянии программное обеспечение серверов и рабочих станций; - регистрирует пользователей локальной сети и почтового сервера, назначает идентификаторы и пароли; - осуществляет техническую и программную поддержку пользователей, консультирует пользователей по вопросам работы локальной сети и программ, составляет инструкции по работе с программным обеспечением и доводит их до сведения пользователей; - устанавливает права доступа и контролирует использование сетевых ресурсов; - обеспечивает своевременное копирование, архивирование и резервирование данных; - принимает меры по восстановлению работоспособности локальной сети при сбоях или выходе из строя сетевого оборудования; - выявляет ошибки пользователей и программного обеспечения и принимает меры по их исправлению; - проводит мониторинг сети, разрабатывает предложения по развитию инфраструктуры сети; - обеспечивает сетевую безопасность (защиту от несанкционированного доступа к информации, просмотра или изменения системных файлов и данных), безопасность межсетевого взаимодействия; - осуществляет антивирусную защиту локальной вычислительной сети, серверов и рабочих станций; - готовит предложения по модернизации и приобретению сетевого оборудования; - осуществляет контроль за монтажом оборудования локальной сети специалистами сторонних организаций; - сообщает своему непосредственному руководителю о случаях нарушения правил пользования локальной вычислительной сетью и принятых мерах.

Наличие высшего образования либо наличие среднего профессионального образования без предъявления требований к стажу работы. . Главный специалист должен знать Конституцию Российской Федерации, Устав муниципального образования Александровское сельское поселение, а также федеральные законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, областные законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Томской области, муниципальные правовые акты администрации поселения, регулирующие соответствующую сферу деятельности, основы организации труда, порядка и условий прохождения муниципальной службы, нормы делового общения, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, основы делопроизводства.
