The posting

Работа с документацией. Получает техническую документацию (чертежи, спецификации, маршрутные карты), проверяет её комплектность и наличие нужных согласований и утверждений. Ведёт журнал регистрации в том числе в электронном виде. Организует хранение, учёт и передачу документов подразделениям. Готовит и передаёт на производственные участки журналы ведения работ. Планирование. Участвует в разработке месячных производственных программ и сменно-суточных заданий для закреплённого участка. Составляет календарные графики загрузки оборудования. Обеспечение ресурсами. Составляет ведомости объёмов работ (в натуральных и стоимостных показателях). На основе этого оформляет заявки на материалы, детали, конструкции, а также заказы на изготовление изделий. Контроль и анализ. Сопоставляет фактический расход материалов с нормативным, выявляет причины отклонений и изучает их. Оптимизация. Участвует в разработке мероприятий, которые помогают совершенствовать работу цехов и участков, сокращать цикл изготовления продукции, находить и использовать резервы производства. Взаимодействие. Тесно работает с разными службами: конструкторами, технологами, мастерами, отделом снабжения. Согласовывает технологические маршруты, вносит правки по замечаниям с производства, координирует запуск новых изделий. В отдельных сферах (например, в строительстве или судостроении) в обязанности может входить формирование исполнительной документации (акты освидетельствования, журналы учёта), контроль за соблюдением технологической дисциплины и правил эксплуатации оборудования.

знание законов и нормативных актов в сфере инженерной подготовки производства; понимание технологии и организации производства на предприятии; умение работать с технической документацией: читать чертежи, спецификации, маршрутные карты, составлять ведомости объёмов работ; навыки анализа комплектности и правильности оформления документов, выявления ошибок; знание номенклатуры выпускаемых изделий, применяемых материалов и конструкций; основы экономики и организации труда, трудового законодательства; правила охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, внутреннего трудового распорядка; навыки работы с ПК, текстовыми и табличными редакторами, системами электронного документооборота, а в ряде отраслей со специализированным ПО (например, системы автоматизированного проектирования AutoCAD, КОМПАС-3D, или системы технологической подготовки)
