Мы даем клиенту не просто красивую картинку, а уверенный результат без хаоса: дом, где всё спокойно, уютно и логично, где детали работают на ритм жизни владельца и остаются актуальными долгие годы. Сегодня наш портфель объектов это знаковые ЖК Москвы. В связи с расширением мы ищем в команду менеджера-замерщика по продажам ремонта квартир и домов. Обязанности: - Ведение проекта от первичной консультации до подписания договора (работа только с входящим потоком, без холодного поиска); - Выезд на объекты в топовые ЖК Москвы для проведения замеров; - Составление точных смет на ремонтно-отделочные работы; - Подготовка коммерческих предложений и презентация услуг компании; - Доведение клиента до этапа заключения договора и выставления счетов. Требования: Вы идеально подойдете, если: - У вас есть успешный опыт в продажах ремонтно-отделочных работ (это обязательно!); - Вы профессионально владеете инструментом расчета смет и знаете технологию отделочных работ; - Вы продажник по духу: любите закрывать сделки, умеете отрабатывать возражения и доносить ценность продукта; - Вы мобильны и готовы к активному разъездному характеру работы; - Вы умеете читать дизайн проекты, понимаете минусы и плюсы современных материалов. Ключевые навыки: - Телефонные переговоры; - Заключение договоров; - Деловое общение; - Умение планировать; - Умение работать в коллективе; - Сопровождение сделок - Подготовка коммерческих предложений; - Ведение перепискиB2C продажи; - Деловая переписка; - Сметы; - Строительно-отделочные работы; - Навыки переговоров; - Дизайн интерьера; - Прямые продажи. Условия: - Разъездной характер (встречи на объектах в полях + работа в уютном офисе в 10 минутах от м. ВДНХ); - График 5/2 с 10:00 до 19:00; - Постоянный поток горячих заявок и статусных клиентов; - Минимально Вы будете получать 20 целевых лидов в месяц (наши критерии ЦА лида: ГЕО Москва; только капитальный и дизайнерский ремонт помещений; от 30 000 рублей за м2 стоимость ремонтных работ). Доход, на который вы влияете сами: - 3% от суммы заключенного договора на ремонт + 2% от суммы закрытых актов по ремонту; - 5% с заключенных договоров на дизайн проект и инженерные проекты; - 1% со всех оплаченных чеков Заказчиком по чистовым материалам и мебели (важно - Вы не продаете, за Вас все делает дизайнер декоратор / комплектатор, Вы помогаете в убеждении заказчика при необходимости).
