The posting

1. осуществляет руководство по работе с детьми библиотек округа, находящихся в ведении МКУ МЦК, оказывает методическую помощь; осуществляет контроль над работой с детьми сельских библиотек, библиотек округа; 2. является организатором творческо-производственной деятельности Центральной детской библиотеки; 3. участвует в системе повышения квалификации библиотекарей через семинары, творческие лаборатории, школы передового опыта и т.п.; 4. формирует перспективные и текущие планы по работе с детьми, месячные, квартальные, годовые отчеты как Центральной детской библиотеки, так и для всех библиотек МКУ МЦК, в том числе по профилактике безнадзорности и правонарушений детей и подростков; 5. составляет годовые планы работы ЦДБ, отчеты и предоставляет их директору межпоселенческого библиотечного объединения, в КОДБ, в методико-библиографический отдел; акты на поступление и списание литературы - в отдел комплектования; 6. организует формирование библиотечного фонда, участвует в его комплектовании. Организует сохранность библиотечного фонда, его использование и изучение; 7. работает с фондом, каталогами и картотеками (изучение, пополнение, редактирование, списание, ремонт и т.д.). 8. контролирует соблюдение работниками трудовой и производственной дисциплины, правил по охране труда, технике безопасности и противопожарной защите; 9. организует работу любительских клубов и объединений по интересам для детей, родителей и руководителей детским чтением при ЦДБ; 10. организует досуг с семьями, находящимися в СОП, и детьми, состоящими на учете в КДН и ЗП, и ОП; 11. организует проведение различных форм массовых мероприятий для детей: тематических вечеров, творческих встреч, детских праздников, игровых и культурно-развлекательных программ, экскурсий и других форм просветительской деятельности; 12. организует массовое, коллективное и индивидуальное информирование пользователей библиотеки; 13. отвечает за работу по ведению официальных страниц ЦДБ в социальных сетях, а также обеспечивает контроль ведения официальных страниц в социальных сетях в соответствии с требованиями;
