Руководство и организация работы сметной группы; Составление, проверка сметных расчетов (СМР, ПИР); Владение базисно-индексным и ресурсным методом составления сметных расчетов; Оформление ССРСС; Формирование единичных расценок и составление контрактной ведомости; Работа с базами ТЕР, ФЕР, ГЭСН (основные сборники 27 сб. Автомобильные дороги, 01 сб. Земляные работы ); Определение стоимости выполненных работ и затрат; Взаимодействие с заказчиком, проектными организациями; Защита сметной документации, обоснование расценок и коэффициентов, отстаивание позиции руководства организации; Входной контроль сметной документации; Контроль документооборота; Сдача отчета о расходе основных материалов в строительстве в сопоставлении с расходом, определенным по производственным нормам, по форме М-29; Расчет и проверка рентабельности строительных работ; Составление и проверка форм КС-2, КС-3; Мониторинг изменений в законодательстве.

Опыт работы в должности инженера-сметчика не менее 6 лет. Опыт работ по направлению дорожное строительство обязателен. Работоспособность, ответственность, обучаемость, готовность воспринимать большой объем информации. Уверенный пользователь ПК, Microsoft Office, Autocad, ГрандСмета, оргтехники. Знание 1С: Предприятие-приветствуется.
