Обязанности: Работа с нормативными документами, регламентирующими образовательную деятельность в сфере высшего образования; Формирование и ведение личных дел аспирантов и соискателей ученых степеней; Участие в разработке локальных нормативных актов по вопросам реализации программ подготовки научных и научно-педагогических кадров в аспирантуре и соискателей ученых степеней; Подготовка учебных графиков и графиков учебного процесса, расписания экзаменов; Сбор информации и составление отчетов по запросам; Размещение информационных материалов и поддержание в актуальном состоянии раздела «Аспирантура» на официальном сайте; Ведение документации подразделения в соответствии с утверждённой номенклатурой дел. Требования: - высшее образование; - стаж работы по направлению профессиональной деятельности в должности специалиста учебного отдела не менее 3-х лет; Опыт административной работы; Опыт работы в вузе, научной организации, государственных органах приветствуется; Знание нормативно - правовых актов в области образования; Знание основ гражданского и трудового законодательства; Организация подготовки отчетов по запросам; Управление проектами; 1С: ПРОФ (владение или готовность освоить); Навыки работы с нормативной документацией, в информационных системах, с ПК и офисной техникой; Деловые и личностные качества Ответственность; Исполнительность; Аккуратность и внимание к деталям; Коммуникабельность; Быстрая обучаемость; Работа в команде. Условия: - График работы – пятидневная сорокачасовая рабочая неделя с двумя выходными днями в субботу и воскресенье - Возможность повышения квалификации – есть - Испытательный срок (да/нет, период) – 3 месяца - Командировки (да/нет) – нет - Льготы, соцпакет – соцпакет, предусмотренный для бюджетных организаций (оплачиваемый отпуск, больничный лист, материальная помощь)
