Обеспечивает бесперебойное выполнение участком сменных плановых заданий по выпуску продукции высокого качества и в установленные сроки. Осуществляет оперативный контроль за обеспечением материальных и энергетических ресурсов, технически правильной эксплуатацией оборудования и других основных средств, расход сырья и материалов согласно установленных норм расхода. Выявляет, предотвращает, и устраняет причины нарушений производственного процесса Принимает участие в контроле и управлении КТ и ККТ, согласно плана НАССР. Своевременно и верно заполнять производственную и технологическую документацию ООО Сыры Кубани. Составляет акт происшествия установленной формы в случае ненормированных потерь сырья, готовой продукции, вспомогательных материалов и тары. Проводит внутреннее расследование в установлении виновных лиц и своевременно информирует начальника цеха. Следит за правильностью заполнения и ведения технологических журналов по участкам: - проверка журналов движения упаковочного материала фасовочно-упаковочного автомата с проставлением личной подписи; - проверка термограмм с проставлением личной подписи; - проверка журналов автоматических моек; - проверка чек листов установленного формата ООО Сыры Кубани; - заполняет электронный журнал технологического процесса; - заполняет технологический рапорт выработки.

Требования к кандидату: подтвержденный опыт работы от 12 месяцев; уверенная работа на всех ключевых этапах; навык ведения документации; дисциплина, пунктуальность, готовность к сменной работе в цехе.
