- разрабатывать или принимать участие в разработке документов правового характера; - обеспечивать подразделения ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК, отдельных специалистов нормативными правовыми актами, необходимыми для осуществления ими своих функций и обязанностей; - осуществлять: проверку соответствия законодательству представляемых на подпись Генеральному директору ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК проектов приказов, инструкций, положений и других документов правового характера; проверку соблюдения этапов согласования проектов документов с ответственными работниками; визирование проектов документов; выдачу ответственным работникам предприятия предписаний о внесении изменений или отмене актов, обусловленных изменением федерального законодательства; - принимать участие в работе по заключению и расторжению хозяйственных договоров, соглашений, проведении их правовой экспертизы, а также рассмотрении вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности; - подготавливать совместно с другими подразделениями предложения об изменении действующих или отмене утративших силу приказов и других нормативных актов, изданных в ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК; - вести исковую работу: а) принимать меры по соблюдению досудебного порядка урегулирования споров; б) обеспечивать подготовку исковых заявлений, отзывов на исковые заявления, иных запросов и ходатайств на всех стадиях судопроизводства и представления интересов ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах; - подготавливать заявки, заявления и другие документы для получения лицензий, разрешений, и иной разрешительной документации необходимой для осуществления деятельности ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК; - принимать участие в разработке документов, касающихся вопросов обеспечения сохранности собственности ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК (договоров о материальной ответственности); - помогать готовить и направить жалобы на действия должностных лиц государственных надзорных органов, на неправомерно наложенные на ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК административные взыскания; - обеспечивать своевременное и полное рассмотрение писем, запросов, заявлений и иных обращений организаций и граждан, готовить проекты ответов и разъяснений по поставленным вопросам, обеспечивать принятие по ним решений и по поручению руководства направление ответов заявителям в установленный законодательством Российской Федерации срок; - осуществлять письменное и устное консультирование работников ФГБУ ФНЦ ВНИИФК по различным правовым вопросам, оказывать правовую помощь в составлении юридических документов; - подготавливать необходимые заявления, обращения и иные документы, связанные с оформлением имущественных прав по объектам, закрепленным за Работодателем.

Высшее образование, опыт работы не менее 3 лет в организации отрасли. Умение формировать запросы и предложения по совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы. Аналитический склад ума, внимательность к деталям, ответственность и организованность.
