Должностные обязанности продавца-кассира в пекарне сочетают работу с клиентами, кассовые операции и контроль за товаром. Обслуживание покупателей. Приветствие и консультация. Приветствовать клиентов, помогать с выбором, рассказывать об ассортименте, составе продукции, наличии аллергенов, сроках годности и условиях хранения. Оформление продаж. Проводить расчёты через контрольно-кассовую технику (ККТ), принимать наличные и безналичные платежи (через терминал эквайринга). Упаковка товара. Аккуратно упаковывать продукцию с соблюдением санитарных требований. Работа с претензиями. Решать вопросы, связанные с возвратом товара или качеством продукции, в рамках закона о защите прав потребителей. Приёмка продукции. Принимать хлебобулочные и кондитерские изделия из производственного цеха. Выкладка на витрины. Размещать товар на стеллажах и витринах, соблюдая правила товарного соседства и температурный режим. Контроль сроков годности. Регулярно проверять сроки реализации изделий и своевременно снимать с продажи просроченный товар. Маркировка и ценники. Размещать ценники с актуальной информацией. Пополнение ассортимента. Своевременно заказывать новую партию продукции, если запасы на витрине истощаются. Участие в инвентаризации. Помогать в проведении инвентаризации товарно-материальных ценностей. Поддержание чистоты. Содержать в чистоте рабочее место, торговый зал и витрины. Использование санитарной одежды. Носить фартук, головной убор, перчатки при работе с открытой продукцией. Соблюдение личной гигиены. Мыть руки, не носить украшения на руках при работе с едой.
