- Осуществляет правовую экспертизу договоров, соглашений, иной документации правового характера подведомственных учреждений. - Осуществляет претензионную работу по требованиям третьих лиц к подведомственным учреждениям, а также представляет интересы подведомственных Учреждений в судах, выступая в качестве представителя истца, ответчика, заявителя, готовит исковые заявления, заявления, жалобы, ходатайства и иные документы и материалы для разрешения дела в суде. - Готовит ежеквартальный отчет по судебным делам, участие в которых принимали представители учреждений, подведомственных Управлению. - Контролирует своевременность представления подведомственными учреждениями справок, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии, предписания контрольно-надзорных органов. - Организует подготовку заявок, заявлений и других документов для получения правовых документов, необходимых для осуществления деятельности Управления. - Ведет работу по внесению информации на официальных сайтах НПО Криста (https://www.krista.ru/) и на официальном сайте для размещения информации о государственных (муниципальных учреждениях) (https://bus.gov.ru/).

Претендент должен знать: - законодательные акты, регламентирующие производственно-хозяйственную и финансовую деятельность Управления; - гражданское, трудовое, финансовое, административное право; - налоговое законодательство; - порядок заключения и оформления хозяйственных договоров, коллективных и иных форм договоров; - порядок систематизации, учета и ведения правовой документации с использованием современных информационных технологий
