эксплуатировать и развивать большую распределённую сеть по Пскову и Псковской области; работать с сетью доступа, агрегацией, ядром и магистральными соединениями; проектировать и вводить в эксплуатацию новые узлы и участки сети; участвовать в модернизации существующей инфраструктуры; работать с VLAN, QinQ, STP/RSTP, LACP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, QoS и маршрутизацией; настраивать и обслуживать коммутаторы, маршрутизаторы и другое активное сетевое оборудование; диагностировать сложные сетевые проблемы: петли, потери пакетов, деградацию каналов, ошибки оборудования, проблемы с VLAN, DHCP, маршрутизацией и доступом абонентов; локализовывать и устранять аварии на сети; анализировать состояние оборудования, загрузку каналов, логи, ошибки интерфейсов и события систем мониторинга; планировать резервирование каналов и оборудования; сопровождать сети многоквартирных домов и частного сектора, в том числе PON/GPON; взаимодействовать с технической поддержкой, монтажными подразделениями, подрядчиками, операторами связи и вендорами оборудования; участвовать в выборе оборудования и технических решений; вести и поддерживать в актуальном состоянии схемы сети, IP-адресацию, VLAN, порты, каналы и другую техническую документацию;

иметь практический опыт работы сетевым инженером, системным инженером или администратором сложной сетевой инфраструктуры; иметь опыт эксплуатации крупной или распределённой сети; уверенно понимать TCP/IP и принципы построения L2/L3-сетей; уверенно работать с VLAN, STP/RSTP, LACP, ARP, DHCP, NAT и маршрутизацией; понимать принципы резервирования сети; уметь самостоятельно диагностировать сетевые проблемы и находить их первопричину; уметь анализировать таблицы MAC и ARP, маршруты, состояние интерфейсов, ошибки портов, загрузку каналов и логи; иметь практический опыт настройки управляемого сетевого оборудования; понимать принципы динамической маршрутизации; уверенно работать с Linux на уровне, необходимом сетевому инженеру: консоль, сетевые утилиты, логи, сервисы; иметь опыт работы с системами мониторинга; уметь читать существующие сетевые схемы и самостоятельно разбираться в незнакомой инфраструктуре; уметь документировать внесённые изменения; спокойно и последовательно работать в аварийных ситуациях.
