The posting

Основные обязанности Планирование и оптимизация перевозок. Разработка логистических схем и маршрутов, выбор вида транспорта (автомобильный, железнодорожный, морской, авиа), расчёт сроков и стоимости доставки, поиск способов снизить издержки. Координация движения грузов. Отслеживание этапов перевозки, контроль загрузки и выгрузки, мониторинг статуса отправлений, оперативное реагирование на задержки и отклонения от графика. Работа с подрядчиками и перевозчиками. Поиск и отбор транспортных компаний, проведение тендеров, согласование ставок, заключение договоров, контроль качества услуг и соблюдение условий. Документационное сопровождение. Оформление транспортных и экспедиционных документов (электронных ТТН, CMR, путевые листы и т. п.), ведение отчётности, работа с претензиями и актами расхождений. Взаимодействие с клиентами. Приём заявок, согласование условий перевозки, информирование о статусе груза, обработка запросов и рекламаций, формирование коммерческих предложений. Анализ и отчётность. Сбор данных по выполненным перевозкам, анализ показателей (сроки, стоимость, процент срывов), подготовка отчётов для руководства, выявление узких мест и предложений по улучшению процессов. Учёт специфики грузов. Организация перевозки особых категорий: негабаритных, опасных, скоропортящихся, требующих температурного режима и т. д. Контроль бюджета перевозок. Сверка фактических затрат с плановыми, работа с актами и счетами, согласование оплат, минимизация перерасходов.

Образование и опыт профильное образование (логистика, транспорт, экономика) либо непрофильное плюс профильные курсы; опыт работы в транспортной или экспедиционной компании, от 3 лет; знание профессиональных стандартов (например, Специалист по логистике на транспорте ) как плюс. - Личные качества: высокая энергичность, нацеленность на результат и доход, грамотная устная и письменная речь, умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
