Обеспечивать функционирование зданий, помещений и прилегающей территории на локации в Щурово (офисные, административно‑бытовые объекты), создавать комфортные условия для работы и отдыха сотрудников и представителей третьих лиц, в том числе с применением инструментов проектного управления; Организовывать и контролировать работу внутренних эксплуатационных и ремонтных служб, а также подрядчиков по содержанию и ремонту зданий, помещений и территории; Выбирать поставщиков, организовывать закупки административных товаров и услуг, вести договорную работу, контролировать документооборот и взаиморасчёты с контрагентами; Планировать, обосновывать и контролировать расходование бюджета по направлению, обеспечивать целевое использование средств и предоставлять регулярную отчётность; Оптимизировать расходы, добиваясь наилучшего соотношения цена качество при закупке товаров и услуг.

Высшее образование (Менеджмент, Экономическое, Лингвистическое); Знание программ/приложений для работы с текстами, таблицами презентациями ( Yandex apps, Word, Excel, Power Point), 1C; Понимание административных процессов и их законодательных основ; Опыт управления инфраструктурой: здания / помещения, эксплуатация инженерных систем / оборудования, услуги по содержанию / по ремонту, планирование / оценка состояния от 3-х лет; Опыт работы в бюджетировании: как определять потребность, как рассчитывать затраты, как балансировать между подвижными потребностями и неизменяемой суммой на их затраты, как составлять бюджет капиталовложений и как им пользоваться; Опыт в закупках: составление ТЗ, определение критериев для выбора подрядчика, знание рынка поставщиков; Опыт управления подрядчиком: определение требований, KPI, претензионная работа, достижение нужного результата в срок; Проектное управление: организация взаимодействия разных функций для достижения общего результата в срок нужного качества в рамках бюджета; Регламентация деятельности: структурирование процесса, составление регламентов.
