Консультирование врачей-специалистов на этапе назначения клинических лабораторных исследований Выполнение процедур контроля качества методов клинических лабораторных исследований четвертой категории сложности Оценка патофизиологических процессов в организме пациента на основании результатов клинических лабораторных исследований четвертой категории сложности Формулирование и оформление заключения по результатам клинических лабораторных исследований четвертой категории сложности и др.

высшее образование (специалитет по одной из специальностей: "Лечебное дело", "Педиатрия", "Стоматология", "Медико-профилактическое дело", "Медицинская биохимия", "Фармация") и подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности "Клиническая лабораторная диагностика" или профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Клиническая лабораторная диагностика" при наличии подготовки в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по одной из основных специальностей или специальности, требующей дополнительной подготовки; высшее образование (специалитет по специальности "Медицинская биохимия" для специалистов, завершивших обучение с 2017 года), без предъявления требований к опыту практической работы.

Специалисту, прибывшему по приглашению или самостоятельно для трудоустройства, а также специалисту, направленному МЗ МО после окончания обучения в медицинском ВУЗе, в соответствии с заключенным ранее договором на целевую/контрактную подготовку (молодые специалисты) выплачиваются единовременное подъёмное пособие в размере 300 000 руб. Единовременное подъемное пособие выплачивается приглашенному (в том числе молодому) специалисту в размере двух месячных должностных окладов сотруднику и единовременное пособие на каждого члена семьи (не работающего) в размере половины должностного оклада (половины месячной тарифной ставки) работника. Оплата проезда до г. Магадана сотруднику и членам семьи. Оплата стоимости провоза багажа, но не свыше тарифов, предусмотренных для перевозки железнодорожным транспортом (5 тонн), воздушным транспортом, почтой (300 кг). При необходимости предоставляется оплачиваемый отпуск в количестве семи календарных дней для обустройства на новом месте. Выплата северных надбавок в форме компенсации.
