The posting

Разработка: Проектирование технологической оснастки (станочные приспособления, кондукторы) для серийного и единичного производства. Специнструмент: Конструирование сборного/специального режущего инструмента (развертки, зенкеры, фасонные резцы, протяжки), вспомогательного инструмента (борштанги, оправки). Контрольная оснастка: Разработка КД на калибры, шаблоны, контрольные призмы для проверки сложных деталей. Сопровождение: Согласование чертежей с технологами ОГТ и производством. Авторский надзор за изготовлением оснастки в производстве. Оптимизация: Модернизация существующей оснастки для сокращения времени переналадки. Стандартизация: Создание нормализованных узлов оснастки.

Навыки работы с документацией: Умение читать чертежи любой сложности, знание ЕСКД (ГОСТы, ОСТы). Пространственное и техническое мышление. Внимательность и скурпулезность (ошибка в оснастке = брак всей партии деталей). Умение аргументировать конструкторское решение. Ответственность за ресурс (износостойкость) спроектированного инструмента. Будет преимущестом: Опыт проектирования оснастки для станков с ЧПУ и обрабатывающих центров. Знание гидравлики / пневматики для зажимных механизмов. Навыки проектирования инструмента для обработки труднообрабатываемых материалов. Кандидат должен знать: Конструкторскую специфику: Принципы конструирования станочных приспособлений (механические, гидравлические, пневматические), специального режущего и мерительного инструмента, штампов, кондукторов, оправок. Технологию обработки: Технологические возможности металлорежущих станков (токарные, фрезерные, шлифовальные, зубообработка) и оборудования для литья/штамповки. Материалы: Марки конструкционных, инструментальных сталей (ХВГ, 9ХС, Р6М5, У8А), твердых сплавов (ВК8, Т15К6), термообработку. Нормативы: Нормы точности (квалитеты), шероховатости (Ra/Rz), посадки и допуски. САПР - твердотельное моделирование
