Организация делопроизводства в соответствии с инструкциями по делопроизводству. Совершенствование системы индексации документов . Участие в разработке и подготовке номенклатуры дел.Подготовка поручений об исполнении нормативно-правовых актов администрации города, контроль сроков исполнения поручений.Ознакомление работников с локальными нормативными актами и методическими документами по документационному обеспечению управления, с изменениями в нормативных документах по вопросам делопроизводства. Разработка и внедрение технологических процессов работы с документами и документной информацией, корреспонденцией на основе использования организационной и вычислительной техники, системы электронного документооборота (прием, обработка, регистрация, учет, доставка, рассылка, контроль исполнения, оперативное хранение, справочная работа). Формирование пакетов документов для отправки почтой России и курьером.Организация внедрения систем ведения документации. Проверка качества оформления, комплектности и соответствия адресату, правилам орфографии документов, представляемых на подпись директору.Организация и осуществление машинописного изготовления, копирования, оперативного размножения документов. Организация контроля по визированию проектов договоров, нормативно-правовых актов, направленных в отдел на рассмотрение и визирование. Организация визирования листа согласования заявок на размещение муниципальных заказов, осуществление их возврата заявителям.Участие в отборе документов, передаваемых на государственное хранение, организации хранения и экспертизе ценности документов.Осуществление контроля за сроками рассмотрения и подготовки ответов специалистами отдела на обращения, заявления, запросы граждан и сторонних организаций. Разнос информации об исполнении запросов в электронную базу данных.

высшее профессиональное образование (бакалавриат), либо высшее образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки по профилю деятельности, без предъявления требований к стажу работы. Квотируемое место (для инвалидов). На период отпуска по уходу за ребенком основного работника.
