Осуществляет своевременный учет расчетов по заработной плате, своевременно начисляет заработную плату сотрудникам учреждений, пособия по листам нетрудоспособности, и прочих выплат (в т.ч. по договорам, трудоустройству несовершеннолетних, работникам пришкольных оздоровительных площадок), единовременные и ежемесячные пособия выплачиваемые за счет средств фонда социального страхования, начисляет налоги на доходы физических лиц и взносы на обязательное социальное страхование от несчастных случаев на производстве, расчеты по налогам и сборам в федеральный региональный и местный бюджеты, страховых взносов в государственные внебюджетные фонды, подготавливает данные и формирует отчет по персонифицированному учету, проводит аналитический учет по каждому работнику учреждений: в карточке справке; в налоговой карточке; в карточке учета расчетов с пенсионным фондом, ежемесячно формирует расчетно-платежные ведомости и предоставляет их на подпись заместителю главного бухгалтера по расчетам, ведет реестр листов нетрудоспособности, составляет сводную справку по заработной плате и налогам, проводит аналитический учет расчетов по заработной плате, расчетов по начислениям на оплату труда, расчетов по налогу на доходы физических лиц, расчетов по обязательному социальному страхованию от несчастных случаев на производстве, расчетов по налогам и сборам в федеральный и местный бюджеты, страховых взносов в государственные внебюджетные фонды в многографной карточке, осуществляет в пределах своей компетенции иные функции.

Навыки работы с компьютерными программами по бухгалтерскому учету 1С Предприятие 8 Зарплата и кадры, 1С Предприятие 8 Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения, электронно-коммуникационных связей КОНТУР-ЭКСТЕРН, КОНТУР-ЛАЙТ, Сбербанк-КЛИЕНТ; с информационными базами.
