Разрабатывать прогноз социально-экономического развития поселения на очередной финансовый год в установленные сроки; Готовить итоги социально-экономического развития поселения за предыдущий финансовый год в установленные сроки; Готовить основные направления налоговой политики на очередной финансовый год, предоставлять отчеты в налоговую инспекцию; Осуществлять подготовку материалов проекта местного бюджета на очередной финансовый год для представления его в Совет; Осуществлять подготовку бюджетных смет расходов, а также расшифровок к ним на текущий и очередной финансовый год; В целях своевременного исполнения расходных обязательств осуществлять контроль за наличием лимитов бюджетных обязательств, а также предельных объемов финансирования; Разрабатывать проекты целевых программ, реализации бюджетных нормативов и развития поселения; Осуществлять подготовку материалов для внесения изменений и дополнений в утверждённый Советом местный бюджет; Осуществлять текущий контроль за расходованием средств местного бюджета;

специалист должен иметь навыки: работы в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий; владеть современными средствами, методами и технологиями работы с информацией и документами; разработки нормативных и иных правовых актов по направлению деятельности; разработки предложений для последующего принятия управленческих решений по профилю деятельности; организационной работы, подготовки и проведения мероприятий в соответствующей сфере деятельности; организации взаимодействия со специалистами других органов и структурных подразделений муниципального образования для решения профессиональных вопросов; ведения служебного документооборота, исполнения служебных документов, подготовки проектов ответов на обращения организаций и граждан;
