- Руководство работой подразделений амбулаторно-поликлинической службы, организация медицинской помощи амбулаторным больным в поликлинике и на дому. - Организация и проведение всех видов профилактических осмотров населения, диспансерного наблюдения. - Организация и проведение предварительных и периодических осмотров. - Отбор и направление больных на санитарно-курортное лечение. - Выборочный, текущий и по законченным случаям контроль (по медицинской документации или после личного осмотра пациентов) за исполнением врачами функций по диагностике, лечению, реабилитации и экспертизе временной нетрудоспособности. - Участие в решении сложных клинико-экспертных вопросов. - Проведение анализа заболеваемости, руководство мероприятиями по ее снижению и реабилитации больных. - Рассмотрение претензий страховых компаний, жалоб пациентов по вопросам качества медицинской помощи и экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности. - Организация врачебных конференций по вопросам качества оказания медицинской помощи, заболеваемости, в т. ч. с временной утратой нетрудоспособности, с анализом допущенных ошибок. - Организация получения работниками дополнительного профессионального образования (повышение квалификации, профессиональная переподготовка) в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. - Организация и контроль медицинской деятельности филиалов (ФАПы и амбулатоии), организация эффективного взаимодействия филиалов между собой и другими структурными подразделениями, организация проведения мероприятий, направленных на внедрение в практику филиалов научных достижений и передового опыта в области диагностики, лечения, профилактики, а также организации медицинской помощи, анализ деятельности филиалов. - Контроль за ведением медицинской документации, учета и отчетности по данному разделу работы.

Требования к образованию и обучению: - высшее образование - специалитет по одной из специальностей: "Лечебное дело", "Педиатрия", "Медико-профилактическое дело", "Стоматология" и подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" или профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" при наличии подготовки в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по одной из медицинских специальностей; - высшее образование - специалитет по специальности "Сестринское дело" и подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности "Управление сестринской деятельностью".
