Получает денежные документы и ведет учет .Осуществляет операции по приему, учету, выдаче и хранению денежных средств и бланков строгой отчетности и несет полную материальную ответственность за их сохранность. Ежедневно сверяет фактическое наличие денежных средств и денежных документов с книжным остатком.Ведет на основании приходных и расходных документов кассовую книгу, составляет кассовую отчетность, формирует журнал операций по счету Касса, по счету Денежные документы . Ведет аналитический учет доходов, поступающих в бюджет в разрезе бюджетной классификации.

1.6. Бухгалтер должен знать и соблюдать: - Конституцию Российской Федерации; - законодательство о бухгалтерском учете; - Федеральный закон от 06.10.2003 № 131-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации; - Бюджетный кодекс Российской Федерации от 31.07.1998 № 145-ФЗ; - Налоговый кодекс Российской Федерации; - федеральные законы и подзаконные акты Российской Федерации, законы Магаданской области, муниципальные нормативные правовые акты; - Устав муниципального образования, Устав МКУ, муниципальные правовые акты, а также вопросы профессиональной сферы деятельности; - нормы охраны труда и противопожарной безопасности, организацию труда; - постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие, методические и нормативные материалы вышестоящих, финансовых и контрольно-ревизионных органов по вопросам организации бухгалтерского бюджетного учета и составления отчетности, составления бюджетной отчетности, а также касающиеся финансовой и бюджетной деятельности Администрации и МКУ; - положения и инструкции по организации бухгалтерского бюджетного учета и правила его ведения; - план и корреспонденцию счетов; - порядок оформления операций и организацию документооборота по участкам учета; - формы и порядок финансовых расчетов; - порядок приемки, оприходования, хранения и расходования денежных средств, товарно-материальных и других ценностей; - правила расчета с дебиторами и кредиторами; - условия налогообложения юридических и физических лиц; - порядок списания со счетов бухгалтерского учета недостач, дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности; - правила проведения инвентаризаций денежных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей; - законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, регламентирующие сферу закупок товаров, работ, услуг, для обеспечения муниципальных нужд; - современные средства вычислительной техники и возможности их применения для выполнения учетно-вычислительных работ; - правила внутреннего трудового распорядка.
