Культорганизатор отделения планирует и организует работу культурного досуга получателей социальных услуг: разрабатывает личный ежегодный план работы и предоставляет его для согласования заместителю директора; планирует с учетом расписания ежедневную работу с получателями социальных услуг; Для выполнения возложенных на него функций культорганизатор обязан своевременно, качественно, в полном объеме предоставлять следующие социальные услуги: - обеспечение книгами, журналами, газетами, настольными играми -чтение книг, журналов, газет -организация экскурсии, посещения театров, выставок, концертов, праздников и прочее -организация и проведение клубной и кружковой работы Оказывать содействие работникам учреждения при оказании следующих социальных услуг: -сопровождение во время прогулки -оздоровительная гимнастика -финская ходьба Осуществляет деятельность по развитию культурно-нравственного уровня получателей социальных услуг. С учетом возраста получателей социальных услуг организует работу по их участию в культурно-массовых мероприятиях, в художественном и техническом творчестве. Разрабатывает сценарии, тематические программы, игровые формы коллективного досуга; На основе индивидуальных особенностей, рекомендаций психолога планирует и проводит с получателями социальных услуг культурно-массовую работу, используя для этого разнообразные приемы, методы и средства. Проводит работу по профилактике вредных привычек. Организует межведомственную работу с общественными организациями и учреждениями района. Принимает участие в организации и проведении районных и областных мероприятий к социально -значимым датам.

Культорганизатор должен знать: -основы законодательства Российской Федерации в сфере социальной защиты населения; -основные направления политики социальной защиты населения Волгоградской области; - психологические и социально- педагогические основы социальной работы; -руководящие документы вышестоящих органов по вопросам социальной защиты населения; -цели, задачи и функции органов и учреждений социального обслуживания; -теорию и практику социальной работы; - цели, принципы и основы организации социального посредничества между получателем социальных услуг и различными социальными институтами для предоставления - теорию и технологию социальной работы; - методы оценки качества жизни; - основы социокультурной, психологической, профессиональной реабилитации; - основы самоорганизации и самообразования; -современные средства вычислительной техники и возможности их применения; -основы трудового законодательства; -регламенты ведения документации; -правила внутреннего трудового распорядка учреждения; -правила и нормы охраны жизни и здоровья получателей социальных услуг; -правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности.
