The posting

Работа с корреспонденцией. Принимает, регистрирует (в том числе в системе электронного документооборота СЭД) и учитывает входящую и исходящую документацию. Распределяет документы внутри больницы направляет исполнителям или в нужные отделы. Оформление документов. По поручению руководителя готовит проекты приказов, распоряжений, писем и других бумаг, соблюдая установленные стандарты. Контроль исполнения. Следит за тем, как исполняются документы и поручения руководителя. При приближении срока напоминает об этом исполнителям. Ведение архива. Составляет номенклатуру дел, формирует дела и готовит их к передаче в архив в соответствии с законодательством (в том числе с Федеральным законом № 125-ФЗ Об архивном деле в Российской Федерации ). Обеспечивает сохранность документов, не допускает их утраты или доступа к ним посторонних лиц. Организационная поддержка. Отвечает на телефонные звонки, передаёт сообщения руководителю, встречает посетителей и организует их приём. Ведёт график рабочих встреч руководителя и информирует его о запланированных событиях. Дополнительные задачи. Помогает с другими служебными поручениями руководителя в пределах своей компетенции. Соблюдение норм. Ключевая особенность работы в медучреждении строгое следование правилам врачебной тайны и другим нормам конфиденциальности.

Знание основ делопроизводства: процедуры регистрации, архивации и обработки документов. Умение работать с офисной техникой и программами: уверенное владение компьютером и основными офисными приложениями (например, Microsoft Office). Базовые навыки архивного дела: знание принципов хранения документов и поддержания актуальности архива. Навыки работы с базами данных: умение эффективно использовать электронные системы управления базами данных. Понимание вопросов конфиденциальности и безопасности данных: способность обеспечивать сохранность и защиту конфиденциальной информации. Умение применять правила русского языка: грамотность в устной и письменной речи, знание правил орфографии и пунктуации. Навыки скоростного письма и расшифровки текста . Знание этики делового общения и правил речевого этикета . Знание требований охраны труда .
