Разработка, внедрение и отработка операционного технологического процесса и УП (NX) для фрезерных и токарных станков с ЧПУ, карт наладки и инструмента, измерений по тестовой детали Заказчика на системах ЧПУ Siemens, Fanuc, HNC, Мехатроника Подбор режущего и вспомогательного инструмента для обработки тестовой детали. Разработка и внедрение управляющих программ на 3-х и 5-ти координатных станках с ЧПУ и ОЦ Подбор режимов резания для обработки деталей. Разработка и внедрение управляющих программ на 3-х и 5-ти координатные станки с ЧПУ, в том числе на территории Заказчика. Оценка возможности изготовления деталей заказчика на выпускаемых станках. Мониторинг управляющих программ для улучшений и оптимизации процесса обработки. Создание 3D-модели деталей по чертежам заказчика. Проведение обучения персонала заказчика по разработанной программе. Руководство группой по обработке деталей на станках с ЧПУ

Высшее техническое образование. Знание CAD/CAM-систем, ЕСКД, ЕСТД Опыт работы от 2 лет в должностях инженера-технолога, технолога-программиста, наладчика или программиста станков с ЧПУ. Опыт разработки управляющих программ для токарных и фрезерных станков с ЧПУ, в том числе с использованием CAM-систем Знание металлорежущего инструмента и режимов обработки Знание стоек Fanuc, Siemens, HNC, Мехатроника Знания принципов наладки станка для достижения требуемой точности. Умение пользоваться измерительным инструментом. Умение читать машиностроительные чертежи. Знание Siemens NX, КОМПАС-3D Готовность к краткосрочным выездам на предприятия заказчиков (для личного участия в сдаче технически сложных проектов, аудита работы инженеров или урегулирования рекламаций). До 15 20% рабочего времени. - Уверенный пользователь ПК и офисного пакета (MS Office: Word, продвинутый Excel для ведения графиков и матриц загрузки, PowerPoint для отчетов). - Опыт работы в корпоративных ERP/BPM-системах (1С:Предприятие / 1С:ERP, Битрикс24, Жира или аналогичных таск-трекерах). - Опыт работы со специализированным ПО для просмотра 3D-моделей (КОМПАС-3D, SolidWorks и др.). Понимание базовых основ охраны труда, техники безопасности на машиностроительных производствах, правил промышленной безопасности. Приветствуется знание стандартов менеджмента качества (ISO 9001). Умение грамотно, аргументированно и вежливо вести деловую переписку с техническими директорами и главными технологами заводов-заказчиков. Наличие технического английского языка (чтение документации, руководств к стойкам ЧПУ и инструменту без переводчика) будет существенным плюсом.
