Организация и осуществление входного контроля запасных частей, полученных от различных поставщиков, согласно установленным процедурам и стандартам качества. Проведение самостоятельного визуального и инструментального контроля запасных частей с целью выявления дефектов и соответствия спецификациям производителя. Организация выборочного инструментального контроля силами сервисных специалистов с использованием специализированных инструментов и оборудования. Оценка качества поступающих запасных частей и принятие решений о их допуске или отклонении. Планирование и учет результатов контроля запасных частей (отчеты о дефектах, результаты тестирования и др. в требуемом бумажном и/или электронном виде). Подготовка и отправка претензий поставщикам в случае выявления запасных частей, не соответствующих установленным критериям качества. Работа в 1С УТ с функционалом Рекламации поставщику, Задания на входной контроль и иными инструментами 1С УТ / ДО (УТИВСК). Сотрудничество с другими отделами и подразделениями компании для обеспечения своевременного и качественного снабжения запасными частями. Подготовка описаний импортного товара (название, материал, назначение товара, предоставление схем/фото/чертежей и т.д.), для проведения таможенных процедур. Сбор и систематизация гарантийных неисправностей, возникших во время гарантийного срока. Оценка рейтинга поставщиков на основании накопленной статистики претензионной работы. Участие в разработке и стандартизации процедур по входному контролю в рамках компании.

Опыт работы в области контроля качества запасных частей и/или опыт работы механиком/сервисным специалистом. Желателен опыт работы с установленными стандартами и процедурами в области входного контроля. Умение пользоваться измерительными приборами для ведения инструментального контроля. Уверенное владение компьютером (MS Office, знание 1С или схожих программ по учету и движению товаров). Умение анализировать данные и принимать решения на основе результатов контроля. Умение выстраивать эффективные коммуникации с поставщиками и сотрудниками компании.
