Планирование и контроль ремонтных и аварийно‑восстановительных работ, приёмка результатов; анализ показаний приборов учёта, давления, утечек и аварийности; выявление узких мест, расчёт потерь воды, подготовка предложений по снижению аварийности и перераспределению нагрузок; проектирование и расчёт систем водоснабжения и водоотведения, подготовка разделов ВК, выполнение гидравлических расчётов; координация ликвидации аварий, разработка временных схем водоснабжения/водоотведения; ведение технической документации (паспорта сетей, исполнительные схемы, журналы, реестры дефектов), подготовка отчётности; обеспечение соблюдения ФЗ О водоснабжении и водоотведении, Правил эксплуатации, СП, СанПиН; актуализация локальных регламентов, инструкций, программ обучения; подготовка отчётности для надзорных органов; участие в согласовании врезок, проверке узлов учёта и рассмотрении обращений абонентов.

Высшее или среднее профессиональное техническое образование (направления: Строительство, Водоснабжение и водоотведение, Природообустройство и водопользование и т. п.); знание нормативов (ФЗ, СП, СанПиН, ГОСТ); опыт от 2 лет в эксплуатации водопроводных/канализационных сетей (в водоканале, управляющей компании, службе эксплуатации).; знание нормативной базы: ФЗ О водоснабжении и водоотведении, Правила технической эксплуатации систем и сооружений коммунального водоснабжения и канализации, СП, СанПиН, ГОСТ., ведения техдокументации; знание основы гидравлики, устройство и принципы работы сетей, колодцев, арматуры, насосного оборудования; знание правил охраны труда и оформления нарядов‑допусков.
