- Мониторинг рынка поставщиков, сбор коммерческих предложений, формирование НМЦ договора, формирование чек-листов по анализу рынка; - Подготовка и согласование документации к закупочным процедурам в рамках 223-ФЗ с профильными подразделениями банка; - Работа на электронных площадках ЭТПРФ, Росэлторг, а также на сайте https://zakupki.gov.ru//; - Проведение конкурентных процедур, заключение договоров по результатам конкурентных процедур и у единственного поставщика; - Участие в конкурсной комиссии по закупкам в качестве секретаря комиссии, подготовка документов на заседание конкурсной комиссии; - Составление ежемесячных отчетов в рамках 223-ФЗ; - Контроль исполнения заключенных договоров, публикация сведений об исполнении договоров в ЕИС; - Согласование листов платежей по заключенным договорам; - Формирования проекта Плана закупки продукции/инновационной продукции филиала и проектов изменений (корректировки) в утвержденный План закупки продукции/инновационной продукции Банка на основе потребностей структурных подразделений филиала.
