- правовое сопровождение деятельности учреждения в целях надлежащего достижения учреждением уставных целей и задач по организации социального обслуживания населения;- разработка проектов внутренних документов, локальных нормативных актов, приказов и т.д. учреждения совместно с другими структурными подразделениями в зависимости от направления работы; - участие в подготовке и формировании документов на получение разрешительной документации, лицензий (в соответствующей правовой части);- подготовка писем и ответов на запросы, претензионная работа; - подготовка проектов доверенностей для работников учреждения;- взаимодействие с правоохранительными и контрольно-надзорными органами; - ведение дел и представительство интересов учреждения в судах общей и специальной юрисдикции (по доверенности выступление в качестве истца, ответчика, заявителя, подготовка исковых заявлений, жалоб, ходатайств и т.д., необходимых для разрешения дела в суде);- договорная работа (подготовка проектов контрактов, договоров, соглашений и ведение переговоров по их заключению);- осуществление юридического сопровождения контрактной службы учреждения в соответствии с 44-ФЗ (подготовка документов в рамках исполнения контрактов и договоров, подготовка аукционной документации, представление интересов учреждения в УФАС);- выполнение поручений руководителя в рамках своей компетенции.

высшее юридическое образование; - стаж работы в сфере юриспруденции не менее трех лет;- знание гражданского и арбитражного процессуального права; - умение оценивать правовые риски и предлагать пути их минимизации; - готовность работать в условиях многозадачности; - владение навыками делового письма, грамотная устная и письменная речь; - высокая работоспособность, умение работать с большим объемом информации, поручений и документов, оперативно выполнять поставленные задачи; - ответственность, самоорганизованность, внимательность к деталям, дипломатичность, уравновешенность.
