Обязанности заместителя главного врача по медицинской части: 2.1. Знание основ законодательства о здравоохранении, о труде и основных директивных документов, определяющих деятельность учреждения здравоохранения, постановления, приказы и других документов вышестоящих органов здравоохранения; системы управления в здравоохранении; основ хозрасчета и бюджетно-страховой медицины; статистики здоровья населения. 2.2. Участие в составлении правил и других документов внутреннего распорядка в соответствии с существующим законодательством и назначением учреждения, в формировании целей и задач, стоящих перед учреждением. 2.3. Участие в распределении персонала по подразделениям учреждения. 2.4. Разработка и представление на утверждение главному врачу должностных инструкций сотрудников и обеспечение контроля за их соблюдением. 2.5. Расстановка и организация труда медицинского персонала, проведение мероприятий по систематическому повышению квалификации врачей и среднего медицинского персонала. 2.6. Контроль за выполнением объёмов медицинской помощи в рамках ТПОМС (своевременно информировать главного врача о невыполнении объёмов) 2.7. Составление плана работы учреждения по вопросам диагностики и лечения, представление его на утверждение главному врачу и контроль за выполнением его всеми структурными подразделениями. 2.8. Непосредственное руководство деятельностью заведующих специализированными отделениями, кабинетами, лабораториями и другими структурными подразделениями учреждения.

1.1. Заместителем главного врача ЦРБ по медицинской части назначается квалифицированный врач, имеющий опыт лечебной и организационной работы, имеющий сертификат по специальности Организация здравоохранения и общественного здоровья .
