The posting

Подготавливает проекты постановлений и распоряжений к рассмотрению Главы поселения. Ведет учет и систематизацию законов и других нормативных актов (государственных, областных, районных, местного значения) и организацию справочной работы по их использованию в практической деятельности. Обеспечивает своевременное рассмотрение предложений, заявлений и жалоб граждан, организует личный прием населения Главой поселения, другими должностными лицами Администрации, анализирует обращения. Осуществляет работу на платформе обратной связи (ПОС), в Единой государственной информационной системе социального обеспечения (ЕГИССО), на портале Росреестра, ФИАС, ГИС ЖКХ и др. Проводит работы по профилактике коррупционных и иных правонарушений в Администрации Берегаевского сельского поселения. Осуществляет мониторинг исполнения мероприятий по снижению рисков нарушения антимонопольного законодательства в Администрации Берегаевского сельского поселения. Совершает нотариальные действия, предусмотренные законодательством, размещает на портале сведения о совершенных нотариальных действиях. Обеспечивает предоставление муниципальных услуг, предусмотренных административными регламентами, размещает административные регламенты в реестре государственных услуг. Размещает заказы на поставки товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг для муниципальных нужд на сайте госзаказов. Обеспечивает совместно с другими должностными лицами Администрации проверки, документальные ревизии и подготавливает по их результатам предложений по улучшению работы. Осуществляет обязанности контрактного управляющего. Ведет личный прием граждан поселения, выдает справочный материал
