Обязанности: 1) разрабатывает план медицинской реабилитации пациентов, в соответствии с порядком организации медицинской реабилитации, действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями (протоколами лечения) по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи, с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи; 2) формулирует цели проведения реабилитационных мероприятий на основе реабилитационного диагноза на весь период пребывания пациента; 3) формирует индивидуальную программу медицинской реабилитации, направленной на решение задач и достижение целей медицинской реабилитации с учетом показаний и противопоказаний к использованию отдельных форм и методов медицинской реабилитации; 4) определяет факторы риска и факторы, ограничивающие проведение мероприятий по реализации индивидуальной программы медицинской реабилитации; 5) назначает лекарственные препараты, медицинские изделия и лечебное питание в целях коррекции нарушенных функций и структур организма человека, ограничений жизнедеятельности пациента с различными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями; 6) назначает физиотерапию в процессе медицинской реабилитации в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями (протоколами лечения) по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи по медицинской реабилитации, с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи; 7) назначает лечебную физкультуру в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями (протоколами лечения) по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи по медицинской реабилитации, с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи; 8) определяет и подбирает ТСР и ассистивные технологии пациентам с значительными временными (стойкими) нарушениями функций и структур, ограничением жизнедеятельности; 9) определяет исполнителей мероприятий по медицинской реабилитации, направленных на решение задач и достижение целей медицинской реабилитации в течение дня, недели, всего периода проведения мероприятий по медицинской реабилитации; 10) определяет двигательный режим, последовательность, интенсивность и длительность выполнения каждого из мероприятий индивидуальной программы медицинской реабилитации; 11) определяет места и формы проведения мероприятий по медицинской реабилитации; 12) проводит оценку эффективности и безопасности мероприятий индивидуальной программы медицинской реабилитации; 13) проводит оценку результатов реализации индивидуальной программы медицинской реабилитации; 14) формулирует рекомендации по продолжению мероприятий медицинской реабилитации. Нагрузка в месяц до 40 пациентов.
