Оценка состояния больного перед операцией, назначение необходимых лечебно-диагностических мероприятий, связанных с подготовкой к наркозу. Организация рабочего места в операционной с учётом мер технической и пожарной безопасности. Подготовка к работе наркозо-дыхательной и аппаратуры мониторного наблюдения, а также необходимых инструментов, расходных материалов и медикаментов. Анестезиологическое обеспечение операций, диагностических и лечебных процедур, требующих обезболивания или проведения мониторинга системы дыхания и кровообращения. Проведение общей внутривенной, ингаляционной, регионарной, многокомпонентной и комбинированной анестезии при полостных и внеполостных операциях у взрослых и детей. Непрерывный контроль состояния больного во время анестезии, назначение обоснованной корригирующей терапии. Наблюдение за больным и проведение необходимого лечения в периоде выхода больного из анестезии, а также в ближайшем послеоперационном периоде до полного восстановления жизненно важных функций. Проведение неотложных мероприятий при различных заболеваниях, острых и критических состояниях различного генеза у взрослых и детей. Коррекция водно-электролитных нарушений и кислотно-щёлочного состояния, нарушения свёртывающей системы крови. Назначение мероприятий медицинской реабилитации и контроль их эффективности. Проведение медицинских экспертиз при оказании медицинской помощи по профилю анестезиология-реаниматология . Проведение анализа медико-статистической информации, ведение медицинской документации, организация деятельности находящегося в распоряжении медицинского персонала.
