Вот уже 12 лет мы помогаем предпринимателям России вести бухгалтерию и закрывать сложные вопросы бизнеса с помощью автоматизации, роботов и новых технологий. Мы в поисках менеджера Сервиса Кнопки, который не боится изучать новое и готов развивать клиентский сервис! Что делает наш менеджер? Получает задачи от клиентов и контролирует их выполнение; Консультирует по разным вопросам - от оформления приёма сотрудника до консультации по системам налогообложения. Рядом будет наставник, который готов всему научить и подсказать, а команда всегда поддержит; Взаимодействует с юристами и бухгалтерами по вопросам, требующим экспертной поддержки. Тебе понравится у нас, если ты: Легко находишь подход к разным людям, общительный; Внимательный, открыт к обратной связи и не боишься задавать вопросы; Способен быстро освоить новые интерфейсы и программы (1с, приложение Кнопки) Не боишься честно спрашивать, если что-то непонятно; Любишь учиться и готов осваивать новые знания, связанные с ведением бизнеса. Тебе понравится у нас, если ты: Имеешь опыт взаимодействия с клиентами, любишь общаться и помогать; Ты понятно и грамотно излагаешь мысли простым языком, в том числе письменно; Внимательный, открыт к обратной связи и не боишься задавать вопросы; Способен быстро осваивать большое количество информации и разбираться в новых интерфейсах и программах (1С, приложение Кнопки); Что мы делаем для комфорта своих сотрудников? Всё по ТК, зарплата белая и всегда вовремя. Сумма указана до вычета налогов . Помни, что с 2025 года ставка НДФЛ меняется в зависимости от суммарного дохода за год; Пятидневка с 11 до 20 часов по Екб, после полной адаптации возможен гибридный режим работы; Уютный офис в БЦ "Аврора" в центре Екатеринбурга с паркингом, кухней и спортзалом; Частичная оплата ДМС для тебя и твоих близких; Различные возможности карьерного роста.
