1. Составление проектов договоров аренды, купли-продажи земельных участков безвозмездного пользования земельными участками, контроль исполнения заключенных договоров, принятие мер к их изменению и расторжению; 2. Подготовка соглашений об становлении сервитута в отношении земельных участков, если такие земельные участки не предоставлены в постоянное (бессрочное) пользование, пожизненное наследуемое владение, в аренду или безвозмездное пользование, организация публичных слушаний по установлению публичных сервитутов; 3. Подготовка проектов договоров мены земельных участков, находящихся в государственной или муниципальной собственности, на земельные участки, находящиеся в частной собственности; 4. Предоставление муниципальных услуг по утверждению схем расположения земельных участков на кадастровом плане территории, предварительное согласование предоставления земельных участков; 5. Оформление предоставление земельных участков на праве собственности (бесплатно) на праве постоянного (бессрочного) пользования в соответствии с законодательством; 6. Осуществление межведомственного взаимодействия с органами государственной власти Свердловской области; 7. В пределах компетенции разработка проектов муниципальных правовых актов по вопросам управления и распоряжения муниципальной собственностью в соответствии с направлениями своей деятельности, осуществляет их реализацию в рамках своей компетенции; 8. Осуществляет мониторинг земельных участков, расположенных на территории Арамильского городского округа для образования и реализации с торгов; 9. Проводит прием граждан и юридических лиц по вопросам связанным с предоставлением земельных участков, находящихся в муниципальной собственности и право государственной собственности, на которые не ограничено; 10 Подготовка ответов на обращения граждан и юридических лиц по компетенции.
