The posting

1. Организация рационального использования ЗЧ и МТР в производственной деятельности Общества. 2. Определение источников покрытия потребности Общества в ЗЧ и МТР. 3. Подготовка, заключение и ведение договоров Общества в части поставки, реализации, ЗЧ и МТР, хранения, доставки и ремонта ЗЧ. Организация расчетов по указанным договорам. 4. Организация учета движения товарно-материальных ценностей (ЗЧ, МТР). 5. Сверка наличия товарно-материальных ценностей (далее ТМЦ) на складах и в иных местах хранения. 6. Организация проверки и оплаты оказанных услуг по погрузке/выгрузке, ремонту товарно-материальных ценностей. 7. Организация проверки и оплаты услуг по перевозке товарно-материальных ценностей в пределах компетенции Отдела. 8. Контроль качества, количества, комплектности и сроков доставки ЗЧ и МТР по заключенным Обществом договорам. 9. Согласование с контрагентами по заключенным Обществом договорам и производственными структурными подразделениями Общества условий и сроков ремонта, доставки ЗЧ и МТР. 10. Оперативное регулирование и контроль за состоянием запасов ЗЧ и МТР. 11. Управление оборотом (учет, складская логистика, ремонт, транспортная логистика) ЗЧ, в том числе старогодних, высвободившихся в процессе ремонта вагонов. 12. Оформление и контроль правильности заполнения документации на прием/передачу товара контрагентам по заключенным Обществом договорам. 13. Поиск новых поставщиков/подрядчиков. Анализ возможностей и целесообразности установления прямых долгосрочных хозяйственных связей по поставкам ЗЧ и МТР. 14. Мониторинг рынка ремонта ТМЦ, транспортных услуг. 15. Участие в оценке обоснованности цен за ремонт и перевозку ЗЧ и МТР. 16. Подготовка данных к селекторным совещаниям, рабочим встречам, конференциям и т.д. 17. Контроль отражения движения ЗЧ и МТР в информационных системах. 18. Организация производственного, управленческого, оперативного учета и отчетности движения ТМЦ в соответствии с утвержденными в Обществе положениями и регламентами.

1. Высшее профессиональное образования (МИИТ (региональные ЖД институты, вагоны). 2. Опыт работы на железнодорожном транспорте в сфере ремонта подвижного состава или в операторской компании не менее 3 лет. 3. Знание и применение в ДР по ремонту грузового вагона, а также документации, связанной с ремонтом и эксплуатацией грузовых железнодорожных вагонов. 5. Знание технологии ремонта подвижного состава. 6. Знание структуры ОАО РЖД и принципа взаимодействия различных служб. 7. Знание программ: 1С, продвинутый пользователь Excel, Word, Outlook, электронный документооборот на базе 1С, АСУ ТК, АСУ ВРК, WARECS. 8. Стрессоустойчивость.
