Руководство службой охраны труда и организация ее работы на строительных объектах. Организация функционирования системы управления охраной труда Разработка, внедрение и актуализация локальных нормативных актов по охране труда. Организация обучения, инструктажей, стажировки и проверки знаний требований охраны труда работников. Контроль соблюдения требований охраны труда, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности и электробезопасности на строительных площадках. Организация и контроль проведения специальной оценки условий труда и оценки профессиональных рисков. Организация обеспечения работников сертифицированными средствами индивидуальной защиты, контроль правильности их применения. Проведение регулярных проверок строительных объектов, выявление нарушений и контроль устранения замечаний. Участие в разработке проектов производства работ (ППР), технологических карт и мероприятий по безопасному выполнению строительных работ. Контроль безопасности при выполнении работ на высоте, земляных, грузоподъемных, сварочных, электромонтажных и других работ повышенной опасности. Организация расследования несчастных случаев, микротравм и инцидентов, разработка мероприятий по предупреждению их повторения. Организация обязательных медицинских осмотров работников. Взаимодействие с подрядными организациями по вопросам соблюдения требований охраны труда. Представление интересов организации при проверках Государственной инспекции труда и других надзорных органов. Подготовка установленной отчетности по охране труда. Анализ причин производственного травматизма и профессиональных рисков, разработка и контроль выполнения мероприятий по их снижению. Консультирование руководителей подразделений по вопросам охраны труда и контроль исполнения требований законодательства.

Образование и профессиональная переподготовка в области охраны труда. Опыт работы в области охраны труда не менее 5 лет, в том числе на руководящей должности не менее 3 лет (желательно в строительстве). Знание требований Трудового кодекса РФ, правил по охране труда при строительстве, градостроительного законодательства, требований промышленной, пожарной и электробезопасности. Знание порядка проведения СОУТ, оценки профессиональных рисков, расследования несчастных случаев и профессиональных заболеваний. Опыт организации обучения работников требованиям охраны труда. Опыт взаимодействия с Государственной инспекцией труда, Ростехнадзором (при необходимости), МЧС, Социальным фондом России и другими контролирующими органами. Знание порядка обеспечения работников средствами индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ). Уверенный пользователь MS Office, электронного документооборота. Лидерские качества, организаторские способности, ответственность, умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
