Делает необходимые записи в первичной медицинской документации, подтверждающие факт выдачи листка нетрудоспособности с указанием номера выданного листка; фиксирует в "книге учета выписанных листок нетрудоспособности" (форма № 036у-02) все выданные бланки листков нетрудоспособности, сохраняя хронологию событий; контролирует своевременность направления больных на врачебную комиссию, период нетрудоспособности которых составил 14 дней; контролирует правильность заполнения первичной медицинской документации при направлении пациента на врачебную комиссию; входит в состав врачебной комиссии и является секретарем врачебной комиссии; заполняет журнал клинико-экспертной комиссии (форма № 035у-02); ежемесячно распечатывает с электронного носителя форму № 035у-02 и представляет на подпись членам врачебной комиссии. журнал клинико-экспертной комиссии хранит 5 лет; принимает испорченные бланки листков нетрудоспособности ото всех структурных подразделений учреждения (круглосуточные стационары, стационары с дневным пребыванием, поликлиники, ФАПов, ОВП) по описи, в которой указывается: период сдачи листков нетрудоспособности; подразделение, сдавшее листки; Ф.И.О. врача, по вине которого был испорчен бланк; подпись сдающего испорченные бланки; заполняет "книгу учета испорченных листков нетрудоспособности"; испорченные бланки листков нетрудоспособности хранит в отдельной папке с описью; испорченные бланки листков нетрудоспособности хранит 3 года, по истечении которых составляет "акт об уничтожении испорченных бланков листков нетрудоспособности; книгу прихода бланков листков нетрудоспособности, форму № 035у-02, форму № 0,36у-02, бланки полученных листков нетрудоспособности, папку с испорченными листками нетрудоспособности хранить в металлических сейфах; готовит необходимую медицинскую документацию для ежегодной плановой проверки и внеплановой проверки контролирующими органами; грамотно и последовательно ведет медицинскую документацию в установленном порядке и т.д.
