Осуществление плановых и по специальным заданиям документальных ревизий хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности филиалов ФГКУ ЮРПСО МЧС России по ведению бухгалтерского учета имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций. Своевременное оформление результатов ревизии и представление их в соответствующие инстанции для принятия необходимых мер. Давать оперативные указания руководителям ревизуемого объекта об устранении выявленных нарушениях и недостатков, проведении контрольных проверок выполненных работ. Контроль: - за достоверностью учета поступающих основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств, своевременное отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета операций, связанных с их движением, - за правильностью расходования материалов, топлива, электроэнергии, денежных средств, - за порядком составления отчетности на основе первичных документов, - за организацией проведения инвентаризации и бухгалтерского учета, - за соблюдением сроков перечисления налогов и сборов и выплаты заработной платы. Участие в разработке и осуществлении мер, направленных на повышение эффективности использования финансовых средств, их экономии, усилении контроля за хозяйственно-финансовой деятельностью предприятий, обеспечении сохранности собственности предприятия и правильной организации бухгалтерского учета. Выполнять отдельные служебные поручения начальника ФГКУ ЮРПСО МЧС России .

Ведущий бухгалтер-ревизор финансового отдела должен знать: - законодательные акты, постановления, распоряжения, приказы, руководящие, методические и нормативные материалы по организации бухгалтерского учета и составления отчетности; - формы и методы бухгалтерского учета и анализа хозяйственной деятельности на предприятии; - план и корреспонденцию счетов; - организацию документооборота и порядок документального оформления и отражения на счетах бухгалтерского учета, связанных с движением основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств; - методы экономического анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; - порядок проведения документальных ревизий и проверок правильности ведения бухгалтерского учет, обязательств и хозяйственных операций; - основы экономики, труда и управления, основы организации механизированной обработки экономической информации; - основы законодательства о труде Российской Федерации; - правила и нормы охраны труда
