Разработка мероприятий по планированию, подготовке, проведению ремонта и приемки основного теплоэнергетического оборудования из ремонта; Осуществление координирования деятельности по поддержанию основного теплоэнергетического оборудования Филиала в исправном техническом состоянии, в котором оборудование соответствует всем требованиям, установленным в ремонтной документации на него; Формирование в установленные сроки перспективных и годовых планов ремонта основного теплоэнергетического оборудования, а также организация контроля за их выполнением; Осуществление сбора и консолидации информации от СПФ по фактическому техническому состоянию основного теплоэнергетического оборудования Филиала с целью уточнения перечня работ и объемов ТОиР и сроков их выполнения; Контроль соответствия отремонтированного основного теплоэнергетического оборудования и процессов ТОиР требованиям нормативной и технической документации; Обеспечение производственных процессов ТОиР нормативными, техническими, технологическими, организационно-распорядительными документами, контроль их соблюдения, а также поддержание в актуальном состоянии; Осуществление контроля за соблюдением технологической дисциплины, требований НТД, конструкторской документации при проведении ремонтов, за координацией действий ремонтных предприятий и организаций, участвующих в ремонте; Организация статистического учета объемов ремонтных работ, периодичности ремонтов, повреждаемости узлов основного теплоэнергетического оборудования; Формирование и предоставление информации по планированию и отчетов по выполнению планов ремонтов в части разделов 1, 9 Перечня информации, предоставляемой субъектами электроэнергетики, утвержденной приказом Минэнерго от 23 июля 2012 года №340 с использованием системы контроля технического состояния объектов электроэнергетики и их оборудования в АО Техническая инспекция ЕЭС; Формирование и предоставление заявки по включению энергетического оборудования в сводные годовые графики ремонтов в Филиал АО СО ЕЭС Черноморское РДУ с использованием программно аппаратного комплекса ПК Планы ремонтов, осуществление контроля за своевременностью подачи предложений (заявок) ответственными лицами за оформление и подачу предложений по ремонту оборудования филиала в структурных подразделениях, а также осуществление контроля за этапами согласования и утверждения в ПК Планы ремонтов согласованных предложений (заявок) в ЧРДУ; Формирование производственных программ в части ТОиР и Инвестиционных программ
