- обеспечивает организационную деятельность антитеррористической комиссии и комиссии по предупреждению и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций и обеспечению пожарной безопасности муниципального района; - выполняет и координирует мероприятия по обеспечению реализации полномочий администрации муниципального района в области противодействия терроризму, определенных статьей 5.3. Федерального закона Российской Федерации от 06.03.2006 № 35-ФЗ О противодействии терроризму; - контролирует своевременное исполнение решений в сфере профилактики терроризма и непосредственно руководит исполнением Комплексного плана противодействия идеологии терроризма в Российской Федерации на 2013 2018 и последующие годы; - готовит отчетные материалы в аппарат антитеррористической комиссии области по терроризму; - осуществляет функции секретаря следующих комиссий: антитеррористической комиссии; муниципальной межведомственной комиссии по профилактике правонарушений и наркомании; рабочей группы по вопросам гармонизации межнациональных и межконфессиональных отношений на территории муниципального образования Биробиджанский муниципальный район; рабочей группы по вопросам реализации пограничной политики на территории Биробиджанский муниципальный район; штаба по взаимодействию и координации деятельности народных дружин на территории Биробиджанский муниципальный район; комиссии территориального общественного самоуправления (ТОС).

Среднее профессиональное образование по одной из специальностей, направлений подготовки укрупненной группы специальностей и направлений подготовки Государственное и муниципальное управление, Юриспруденция, Менеджмент организации или по иной специальности, направлению подготовки, для которых законодательством об образовании Российской Федерации установлено соответствие данным специальностям, направлениям подготовки, указанным в предыдущих перечнях профессий, специальностей и направлений подготовки; Без предъявления к стажу работы
