Ведет прием пациентов . Обеспечивает надлежащий уровень диагностики, обследования и лечения больных в соответствии с современными достижениями науки и техники, и утвержденными медико-экономическими стандартами. Представляет заведующему отделением пациентов для решения тактических и экспертных вопросов. Ведет медицинскую карту амбулаторного больного, внося в нее полагающиеся данные, датируя все полученные сведения от больного или родственников. Следит за сроками переосвидетельствования инвалидов, своевременно заполняет направление и все необходимые документы на МСЭ, согласовав все вопросы с заведующим отделением. Составляет заявки на медикаменты для пациентов по ДЛО и региональной льготе. Осуществляет самоконтроль проведения лечебного и диагностического процессов в соответствии с установленными медико-экономическими стандартами. Выезжает в служебные командировки, участвует в работе военно-врачебных комиссий, диспансеризации и проведении медицинских осмотров. Проводит работу по предупреждению общественно-опасных действий лиц, страдающих психическими расстройствами, осуществляет активное диспансерное наблюдение и амбулаторно-принудительное лечение в соответствие с действующим законодательством. Выезжает и осматривает пациентов на дому в течение 1-2 дней. Врач должен знать основные вопросы общей психопатологии; клиническую картину психических заболеваний, их этиологию и патогенез, принципы дифференциальной диагностики и лечения; симптоматику состояний, требующих неотложной госпитализации, применения методов интенсивной терапии; методы исследования психических больных и, прежде всего, клиникопсихопатологические, возможности инструментальных и специальных параклинических методов диагностики в психиатрии; основы фармакотерапии психических заболеваний, другие методы биологической терапии в психиатрии, основы психотерапии, психосоциальной терапии и психосоциальной реабилитации Сертификат "Психиатрия".
