Основной задачей врача клинико лабораторной диагностики является проведение в полном объеме лабораторно-диагностических мероприятий, Для выполнения основной задачи врач- ОБЯЗАН: осваивать и внедрять новые методы диагностики; проводить исследования в полном объеме; готовить ежемесячные отчеты о своей работе, участвовать в составлении годового отчета лаборатории; Осуществлять выезды в районные бакпункты с кураторской проверкой согласно плана-графика; проводить обучение лаборантов из районных бак. пунктов на рабочем месте в лаборатории облтубдиспансера методикам приготовления питательных сред, обработки и посева патологического материала н проводить занятия для специалистов со средним медицинским образованием с целью повышения их квалификации; контролировать выполнение средним и младшим медицинским персоналом правил техники безопасности при работе с чистой культурой микобактерий; оформлять бланки исследований и подписывать результаты исследований; повышать свой теоретический уровень и профессиональную квалификацию путем прохождения курсов усовершенствования 1 раз в 5 лет и участием в научно-практических конференциях, докладах по лабораторному делу, чтением медицинской литературы; участвовать в ежедневных врачебных конференциях; проводить занятия с лаборантами и врачами-лаборантами области по лабораторной диагностике туберкулеза; проводить межлабораторные контроль качества Обеспечивает обследование и лечение больных в соответствии со стандартами медицинской помощи. 25) соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка и принципы деонтологии.
