- Поддержка сотрудников: помогать с программами, рабочими местами, печатью, сканированием и типовыми техническими проблемами. - Создавать, актуализировать и закрывать учетные записи и права доступа. - Устанавливать, настраивать и обновлять программное обеспечение. - Диагностировать и устранять типовые неисправности Windows и Linux. - Проводить диагностику ПК, мониторов, оргтехники и периферии, выполнять модульную замену комплектующих и расходных материалов. - Выполнять первичную диагностику сетевых проблем: проверять подключения, кабели, сетевые настройки и доступ к ресурсам. - Вести учет компьютерной техники и периферии: проводить инвентаризацию, маркировку, закрепление за сотрудниками, учитывать местоположение и перемещение оборудования. - Участвовать в подборе, закупке, гарантийном обслуживании и ремонте компьютерной и офисной техники. - Умение спокойно и понятно общаться с сотрудниками. - Готовность самостоятельно искать причины неисправностей и способы их устранения.

Продвинутое владение персональным компьютером, способность настроить рабочую станцию с нуля как на платформе Windows, так и на платформах на базе Linux (предпочтительно RedOS). Способность подключения и настройки периферийного оборудования (принтеры, мфу, проекторы и т.д.). Выявление и устранение неполадок в техническом оборудовании и программном обеспечении. Навыки сетевого администрирования и настройки роутеров, маршрутизаторов, коммутаторов и т.п. Приветствуются навыки взаимодействия с онлайн платформами, такими как: Электронный колледж (Барс), платформа дистанционного обучения СЭДО, Работа в России. Также приветствуется знание работы в 1С.
