Осуществление муниципального жилищного контроля и муниципального контроля за сохранностью автомобильных дорог местного значения Красновишерского городского округа, муниципального контроля за размещением рекламных конструкций на территории Красновишерского городского округа: - составление плана проверок; - проведение проверок; - составление по результатам проверок, плановых (рейдовых) осмотров, обследований актов проверок или плановых (рейдовых) осмотров, обследований в порядке и по форме, установленным действующим законодательством; - выдача предписаний юридическим лицам, индивидуальным предпринимателям и физическим лицам об устранении нарушений требований законодательства, выявленных при осуществлении муниципального контроля; - составление протоколов об административных правонарушениях в случаях, предусмотренных действующим законодательством; - направление предостережений юридическим лицам, индивидуальным предпринимателям о недопустимости нарушения требований, установленных законодательством; подготовка и направление материалов проверок, административных материалов в уполномоченные органы для принятия решения по ним по существу; представительство при рассмотрении административных материалов по результатам муниципального контроля в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах, в службе судебных приставов, органах внутренних дел, прокуратуры и иных органах государственной власти и административной комиссии.

Навыки работы с персональным компьютером и организационной техникой. Умение применять офисные программы Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, иные программные продукты, информационно-правовые системы, Интернет-ресурсы. Ключевые навыки: знание делового этикета, коммуникабельность, исполнительность, умение работать с документами, оперативность, ответственность.
