The posting

Рассчитывать стоимость строительно-монтажных работ (СМР) на основе проектной документации, ведомостей объемов и спецификаций. Составлять локальные, объектные сметы и сводные сметные расчеты (ССР) стоимости строительства. Анализировать проектные чертежи, спецификации и оперативно выявлять недостающие или некорректные объемы работ. Разрабатывать калькуляции на отдельные виды работ, материалы и транспортные услуги. Вводить сметные данные в специализированное программное обеспечение с применением актуальных индексов пересчета цен. Взаимодействовать с проектировщиками для уточнения проектных решений и объемов затрат. Проверять сметы и коммерческие предложения от субподрядных организаций на соответствие рыночным ценам и нормативам. Согласовывать сметную документацию с заказчиками, генподрядчиками и экспертными организациями (включая Главгосэкспертизу). Контролировать подготовку и проверять акты выполненных работ по формам КС-2, КС-3 на соответствие утвержденной смете. Вести учет объемов и стоимости фактически выполненных и оплаченных работ, формировать накопительные ведомости (КС-6а). Мониторить текущие рыночные цены на строительные материалы, конструкции, оборудование и аренду спецтехники. Участвовать в подготовке тендерной документации и формировании коммерческих предложений для конкурсов.

Владеть на профессиональном уровне программами Гранд-Смета или Smeta.ru, а также уверенно работать в MS Excel (сложные формулы, сводные таблицы) и AutoCAD (для проверки объемов по чертежам). Знать сметно-нормативные базы (ФЕР, ТЕР, сметные нормативы ФСНБ-2022) и методику ценообразования. Уметь работать по актуальному ресурсно-интрентному методу (РИМ) определения стоимости строительства с использованием данных ФГИС ЦС. Знать порядок оформления и проверки форм КС-2, КС-3, КС-6а и ведения накопительных ведомостей. Уметь самостоятельно читать проектную документацию, чертежи и спецификации, составлять ведомости объемов работ (ВОР).
