Диагностика и лечение пациентов в соответствии со специализациями, профилактическая работа. Заполнение нормативной медицинской документации в электронном виде. Неукоснительное соблюдение этики и деонтологии при работе с пациентами. Строгая коллегиальность в работе.

Наличие действующих аккредитаций и сертификатов по заявленным специализациям. Стремление к постоянному обучению и саморазвитию. Высокий уровень врачебных компетенций: развитое клиническое мышление, грамотный анализ и диагностика, внимание к деталям. Организованность в работе, стрессоустойчивость, развитая эмпатия, высокая коммуникативность, тактичность и уважение к людям.

Условия: Клиника успешно работает 25 лет в Москве - стабильный поток пациентов. Стабильная зарплата: от 250 000 руб. в месяц у стандартного терапевта, от 350 000 руб/мес. у микроскописта, от 400 000 руб/мес. у универсала. Выплата 2 раза в месяц, без задержек. Отсутствие обязательного плана выручки для врачей, используя обратную мотивацию - обеспечиваем бонусные выплаты врачам за высокие показатели выработки, за положительные отзывы пациентов, за высокую возвращаемость пациентов и за высокие показатели записи по рекомендации. Процент: терапия - 25-35%; ортопедия 20-25%; хирургия - 35-40%. Гарантированный минимальный оклад на первые 3 месяца работы от 150 000 до 200 000 рублей (в зависимости от объёма занятости в неделю). Заказ индивидуального набора инструментов и материалов под каждого врача. Оплата обучающих курсов и мастер-классов для врачей от 50 до 100%. Работа с персональным ассистентом в паре. Лечение в клинике по стоматологии и по общей медицине с 50% скидкой для сотрудников и членов их семей. Оформление по ТК РФ.
