Подготовка ежемесячной управленческой отчетности для ЦО на базе РСБУ консолидация и контроль правильности выполнения специалистами на местах (5 производственных площадок); Транслирование единых подходов и стандартов специалистам на производственных площадках; Сокращение сроков подготовки отчетности и ее анализа; Написание положений и методик по формированию управленческой отчетности; Настройка выпуска дополнительной аналитической отчетности; Автоматизация отчетности на базе 1C ERP и Power BI; Ежегодное бюджетирование (три итерации с июля по октябрь), анализ, верификация, подготовка презентаций; Контроль исполнения бюджета в течение года и отклонений от него; Контроль и отслеживание дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Автоматизация; Ежемесячное составление прогноза до конца года по Холдингу; Внесение предложений по оптимизации и автоматизации. Требования:

Высшее образование (финансы, экономика); Профильный опыт работы не менее 3х лет; Обязателен опыт работы в холдинговой структуре с производственными подразделениями; Знание принципов формирования финансовой отчетности; Знание основ РСБУ проводки, план счетов, бухгалтерская отчетность; Знание основ и принципов МСФО преимущество; Умение построения отчетов на базе Power BI преимущество; Важнейшие личностные качества: аналитическое мышление, Высокие аналитические способности, настойчивость (при выяснении обстоятельств возникновения и природы расходов); хорошие навыки выстраивания коммуникации.
