Анализировать заявки подразделений завода на материалы, комплектующие, инструмент, спецодежду и хозтовары; проверять обоснованность и корректность объёмов. Формировать и актуализировать планы закупок на месяц/квартал с учётом производственной программы и остатков на складах. Контролировать лимиты расходования и соблюдение бюджета МТО, выявлять перерасходы и предлагать меры по оптимизации. Участвовать в выборе поставщиков, тендерах и согласовании условий поставки (сроки, цены, качество, условия оплаты). Вести переговоры с контрагентами по претензиям, срокам, замене брака, корректировке спецификаций. Готовить проекты договоров, спецификаций, доп.соглашений; отслеживать исполнение обязательств и сроки поставки. Контролировать документооборот: счета, накладные, сертификаты и паспорта качества, акты приёмки. Организовывать приёмку, учёт и хранение ТМЦ на складах завода; контролировать соблюдение правил хранения и ротацию по срокам годности.

Высшее образование (техническое/экономическое). Опыт в снабжении/закупках на производственном предприятии от 3 лет. Уверенное владение 1С, Excel; опыт работы с тендерами и договорной базой. Знание норм хранения и учёта ТМЦ, требований ОТ и ПБ.
