При осуществлении должностных обязанностей по предоставлению услуг по уходу за лицами, нуждающимися в уходе, помощник по уходу осуществляет следующие трудовые функции: 2.1. Приготовление пищи, подготовка пищи к приему, кормление лиц, нуждающихся в уходе (помощь лицам, нуждающимся в уходе, при приготовлении пищи, при подготовке пищи к приему, при приеме пищи), в том числе: - согласование действий в процессе организации питания с лицом, нуждающимся в уходе; - приготовление (помощь в приготовлении) пищи; - подготовка и подача пищи, в том числе ее разогревание; - подготовка лица, нуждающегося в уходе, к приему пищи за столом (в постели), накрывание стола, прикроватного столика; - кормление, помощь при приеме пищи и соблюдении питьевого режима в соответствии с медицинскими рекомендациями; - поддержание гигиены питания лиц, нуждающихся в уходе; - наблюдение и сопровождение лиц, нуждающихся в уходе, во время приема пищи (кормления); - помощь при соблюдении питьевого режима; - уборка места приема пищи. 2.2. Оказание гигиенических услуг лицам, нуждающимся в уходе (помощь лицам, нуждающимся в уходе, при оказании гигиенических услуг), в том числе: - умывание (помощь при умывании), включая гигиену ротовой полости, глаз, ушей, носа, расчесывание волос; - купание (обтирание), включая мытье головы, в кровати; - купание (помощь при купании), включая мытье головы (помощь при мытье головы), в приспособленном помещении/месте; - гигиена (помощь в гигиене) после опорожнения (подмывание/помощь при подмывании); - гигиеническая обработка (помощь в гигиенической обработке) рук и (или) ног, включая стрижку ногтей; - бритье (помощь при бритье); - одевание, раздевание (помощь при одевании, раздевании); - смена (помощь при смене) нательного, постельного и абсорбирующего белья; - помощь в использовании технических средств реабилитации и изделий медицинского назначения; - сопровождение лица, нуждающегося в уходе, на прогулке с использованием (без использования) технических средств реабилитации; - адаптация жилого помещения к потребностям лиц, нуждающихся в уходе, содействие в организации безопасной среды. 2.4. Наблюдение за состоянием здоровья лиц, нуждающихся в уходе, в том числе: - согласование действий в процессе наблюдения за состоянием лиц, нуждающихся в уходе; - содействие лицам, нуждающимся в уходе, в поддержании здорового образа жизни; - содействие в соблюдении лицом, нуждающимся в уходе, медицинских рекомендаций по организации ухода, режиму питания, приему лекарственных препаратов, двигательному и питьевому режиму; - содействие в выполнении лицом, нуждающимся в уходе, медицинских рекомендаций; - ведение дневников наблюдения за состоянием здоровья лица, нуждающегося в уходе; - измерение артериального давления, частоты сердечных сокращений (пульс), насыщения крови кислородом (сатурация);

Знание особенностей общения и общего ухода за лицами, нуждающимися в постороннем уходе, в их повседневной деятельности (поддержание личной гигиены, прием пищи, одевание, пользование туалетом, ванной, передвижение); Наличие медицинской книжки; Отсутствие вредных привычек.
