Правовая экспертиза документов. Проверяет на соответствие законодательству проекты приказов, распоряжений, локальных нормативных актов, договоров и других бумаг перед тем, как их подпишут руководители. Методическая помощь подразделениям. Консультирует сотрудников разных отделов (кадры, бухгалтерия, администрация) по правовым вопросам, помогает им грамотно оформлять документы. Работа с претензиями и исками. Участвует в рассмотрении жалоб пациентов: готовит обоснованные ответы, а если дело доходит до суда помогает составлять исковые заявления, отзывы, ходатайства. Ведёт учёт претензий и судебных дел. Договорная работа. Участвует в заключении хозяйственных договоров, проводит их правовую экспертизу, помогает минимизировать риски. base.garant.ruweb.archive.orgchelyabinsk.hh.ru Претензионно-исковая работа. Направлена на досудебное урегулирование споров (например, взыскание неустоек) и подготовку материалов для суда. Защита интересов работников. Представляет и защищает правовые интересы сотрудников больницы в различных инстанциях. Работа с нарушениями. Совместно с другими подразделениями собирает материалы по фактам хищений, недостач, нарушений (в том числе экологического законодательства) для передачи в суд или следственные органы. Учёт и хранение судебных дел. Ведёт учёт дел, которые находятся в производстве или уже завершены. Анализ практики. Изучает и обобщает результаты рассмотрения претензий, судебных и арбитражных дел, чтобы выявлять системные проблемы и предлагать меры по их устранению, а также для улучшения качества услуг. Информирование сотрудников. Рассказывает работникам больницы о действующем законодательстве и изменениях в нём, знакомит должностных лиц с нормативными актами, которые касаются их работы. Участие в укреплении дисциплины. Помогает разрабатывать и реализовывать меры по усилению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, а также по сохранности имущества. Подготовка заключений. Даёт правовые заключения по возникающим в деятельности больницы вопросам, в том числе по проектам нормативных актов. Взаимодействие с органами власти. Представляет интересы больницы при общении с государственными органами, лицензионными комиссиями и другими инстанциями. Сопровождение закупочной деятельности.
